  1. Staff Directory Web Form (rather than advertising email)

    Emails should not be posted to websites due to Spam Bots and/or ease of criminals accessing and spear phishing. When contacting a staff member, it should go to a web form that sends to the org email. Even if emails are obfuscated, web form should be a requirement.

  2. Sort User Last Sign In list in reverse chronological order

    In Site Manager > Users & Groups > Users > Filter type = By Last Sign In, it would be more helpful and efficient to have this list sorted in reverse chronological order.

    Currently the process to see the most recent users to sign in involves scrolling to the bottom of the first page > clicking on the last page number in the list > then scrolling to the bottom of that page.

  3. Annual recurring events should have option to select a specific DAY (i.e. 3rd Thursday) and not just the DATE of the month.

    Our board meetings are always on the 3rd Thursday, since you don't have the option to set different locations on a monthly recurring event (also an error in programming!) I would like to set up my Jan meeting to occur at our middle school every year on the 3rd week. The only option that currently exists for annual events is to have them recur on the same DATE every year. This puts my 2020 Jan meeting on a Sat.

  4. Display last edit date and editor in gallery and other places so changes can be tracked and mistakes can be addressed with the editor

    I need to be able to see who changed what and when, for accountability / training purposes.

  5. Color palette needs accessible options

    There are thirty choices for color in the text editor, and not one of them is green. I spend way too much time fixing insufficient contrasts on teacher pages to comply with ADA. Please give us a more practical palette for a white background.

  6. Content Accordion App

    Please add the option to display a line between items in the Content Accordion App. If you have a lot of items, they tend to start running together, and a line separating them would be much clearer to the reader.

  7. The new Ally feature, the large A and arrow is a bit obnoxious.

    I love what you have done, but is there any chance you would consider reducing the size or standardize the position to either the beginning or end of a website post. It really effects the way the material on the website is seen, and quite frankly is looks awful.

  8. Anything involving a table breaks responsive design

    Tables are necessary for presenting large chunks of information in a digestible format, however it seems like anything involving a table completely breaks responsive design once I test on mobile. Please find us a solution!

  9. Document Viewer App - Move "Click Here" To Top of Page Where People Can See It

    The Document viewer app often does not show up when you first open the page it is on. It often requires a refresh. But to add to this issue is that the note that says, "If you are having difficulty viewing this document....." is displayed about 2 screen lengths down the page, basically in a place where no one will see it. So a viewer coming to a page with a Document Viewer app on it will simply see a blank page and think that the page has not been populated.

    New staff automatically come in as first name last name. Would like to be able to set it so it can be displayed as last name, first name

  11. Homepage photo gallery should have a field for 'alt text'.

    Although the "Title" serves as 'alt text', the nature of what each of these are are very different. What we use for alt text shouldn't always be public facing, and at times, no "title" is needed. Users then use "HIDE", and now they are no longer ADA compliant/accessible.

  12. Fixed accessibility errors are still listed in issues...

    When I fix accessibility issues they still show up on the list of issues, which makes it hard to go through and work on new things day to day. If fixed issues are still going to be listed, being able to filter them out somehow would be great. Alternatively, simply not listing them in the Accessibility issues section would help too.

  13. require minimum 9 characters on public user name

    Our AD limits user IDs to 8 characters. We find that often non staff squat on user names that are needed (assigned) to staff. TO use LDAP, CMS User Name must match the 3-8 character AD user ID. If we require outsiders to have user names > 8 characters, we prevent any outsiders from taking unique user names that future staff may need.

  14. Table App Accessibility Compliance

    Add accessibility fields to Table App, as is, it completely fails Web Accessibility standards. Tables must have column and row headers. Data in a table should have code to reference the column and row it represents as a TD HEADER. Abbreviations in table data should have code to add ABBR TITLE to the TD. If you cannot make the Table App accessible, at least make the code available within the app so that editors can manually code tables for accessibility.

  15. Staff Directory Sort

    It would be great if we could arrange staff directory listings. I.e. I have a leadership staff directory that I'd like to sort by leader, i.e. Superintendent, Deputy Superintendent, etc.

    In my staff directory (minibase) we need a way to sort first name a-z and/or last name a-z at the same time. This way if the public or a staff member knows the first name it would sort alphabetically OR if the same person only knew the last name, the last names would sort alphabetically. Need this sorting feature to be available at both times in 1 minibase. Currently, the alphabetic sort feature can only be used in 1 field at a time.

  17. Translate won't allow login

    When a user selects to translate the site to another language, the website no longer allows a user to log in to see any content that is protected. The "Google Translate" page will kick a user out of the website if they attempt to translate a page that is limited to signed-in users. When a user enters credentials on a translated "Sign In" window, the system hangs and never lets them in.

  20. Option for Site Administrators show a video/message that greets all content editors upon signing in to Site Manager

    When activating the New Page Editing Experience all contents editors are currently greeted with a video overview of the New Page Editing Experience the first time they sign in to Site Manager. I would like this feature to be expanded to Site Administrators so that they have the option to greet all WCM content editors upon logging in with a video or message. For example, we would like all of our WCM content editors to annually be greet with a video about website accessibility that we produced.
