jquery
Update to a more stable version of jquery that is more optimized for page load. The current jQuery 1.9.1, jQuery UI 1.10.1, and minified jQuery@1.9.1 are nearing end of life.

Return a proper 404
Search results for our site return pages that have long been deleted. Turns out that deleted pages return a 302 (redirect found) and the resulting page returns a 200 code (OK).

Could the whiteboard in breakout groups please be available for the groups to present once breakout groups finish please. Students need to present their group work to the main class,
Collaborate needs to be able to support the theoretical frameworks and activities given in https://ako.ac.nz/assets/Knowledge-centre/COM-Co-operative-learning-made-easy/1cbbb19319/REPORT-Co-operative-learning-made-easy-A-practical-guide-to-working-with-tertiary-student-groups.pdf1 vote -
Staff Directory
For my school district's custom app located on our campus pages, would it be possible to do the following: when you type a few letters into the NAME cell, a dropdown menu would appear showing all the records that have the letters in the name. For example, if i started typing BR, Branstetter and Brown would appear.

Message Option "Deliver to Parents of Students" should Include Students
When sending a message to a group of students, we can select "Deliver to parents of students" but then the message ONLY goes to the parents. If we want to send it to a group of students AND their parents, we have to either add all of the contacts individually or send two separate messages. The "Deliver to Parents of Students" option should allow us to INCLUDE the accompanying students as well if we'd like to.

Search Feature for restricted internal sites (Google blocked by login)
We're using a subsite for our Intranet (internal only to org users), requires login and therefore Google cannot index it. We need a tool to enable Staff to search the internal only site.

Remove underlining when using bullets
To disable the underlining feature when using bullets in articles for News and Features. The underlining is confusing and inconsistent and looks unfinished. Bullets should be a list not a table that is underlined.

Anything involving a table breaks responsive design
Tables are necessary for presenting large chunks of information in a digestible format, however it seems like anything involving a table completely breaks responsive design once I test on mobile. Please find us a solution!

Rotate Pictures
Pictures being uploaded via cell phone come in sideways. Please allow simple image rotation to fix this problem. Mainly with iPhone.

Provide a way to search/refine/filter message tracking results in the Mass Notification System
Once I use the Message Tracking report, we would love a way to filter or search for specific messages related to a keyword or phrase.

Fix Creative Services Image Editor bug
The Creative Services Image Editor saves the images at a slightly higher bitrate than the original photo. This causes problems for our users when uploading to the Multimedia Rotator, which has a file size limit of 1 MB.

Add ability to password protect at the page level.
Teachers, counselors, athletics, etc all want to have links to educational resources (external sites) on their websites that are not ADA compliant. Currently, we can only password protect at the Section level, unlike what we could do in School Center. We have to keep our site ADA compliant and therefore cannot have these links available to parents/students because of the inability to password protect at the page level. Thank you.

Allow color on home buttons
It would be great to give us the flexibility to change the color of the District Home and School Dropdown buttons on the homepage. We can change the text and where it routs to, but not the colors.

Allow moving pages with nested pages underneath
The ability to move a page together with all its nested pages would be helpful. It is cumbersome to have to move all of the nested pages first, then the main page, then re-nest the pages, etc. This would allow for more flexibility in reorganizing a site.

Offer a better option for Setting up Google CSE at site launch
Waiting until post launch to configure Google CSE results in a poor user experience just when you want people to have the BEST experience. Once Google CSE is setup, you then have to wait for Google to crawl your site before users will experience satisfactory search results. Additionally, the suggestions for removing URLS and/or outdated content involves submitting every page on our old site one at a time which is not practical.

Add a Capatcha to view e-mail addresses
We should have the ability to add a capatcha or a way to verify it's a human viewing the e-mail addresses on the staff directory.

Set a cookie to remember the location a user comes from when they sign in via SAML authentication
Blackboard should set a cookie to remember the location a user comes from when they sign in via SAML authentication. That way, our employees can proceed with sign in if they happen to hit a staff-only link first.
