My suggestion is...

Update the Files and Folder tool

I groan every time I have to click on Files and Folder. It's one of the biggest bottle necks in my workflow. I would really love for it to behave more like a desktop file navigation tool with dragging and dropping options, quick copying and pasting, mass selection, easy sorting and so forth.

Another feature I'd love to see is the ability to drag items from a desktop into Files and Folders. That would eliminate a number of my daily clicks and save me a ton of time. Oh, and allow for the opposite so I can quickly drag files out of Centricity and onto my desktop.

And, lastly, I want to echo the idea of allowing us to be able to see what's actually in use and what isn't. I can see where this when be pretty tough to pull off, logistically, but any heavily updated section gets bloated with old files really quickly and makes it a lot harder to drill down to what you're looking for.
