My suggestion is...

Have option (check box) for placing Page name directly on page rather than using Heading App. I think it used to be there.

When I title a page, I want to be able to click a box that then makes the page name visible on the page. I don't want to have to add a heading app.

Include the "Show app name on page" checkbox right away, without needing to then go in to App options to check it. This is one example of way too many clicks and boxes to visit when creating a new page. The user interface could be greatly improved.

You don't have to add a heading app to do this. All you need to do is name the first (or only) app on that page whatever you want the page name to be and in app options check the box that says "Show App Name on page"
