Ability to remove the "Forgot Password" link from the sign in page for districts that use LDAP authentication.
Allow removal "Forgot Password" button from sign-in page. Our district uses LDAP for authentication and therefore do not allow a password reset from the staff sign-in page. Clicking the "Forgot Password" button gives a "Uh-Oh something went wrong. Please refresh and try again" error. This is confusing and misleading to our staff -- they can try again all day and never be able to accomplish a password reset. We find it VERY frustrating that customization is impossible and we can't believe we are the only district with this issue.
We do need an option to remove it. It doesn't have to be automatic, though that would be better.

Yes, we need the option to remove not only the reset password button but the login name and password fields as well. It is confusing for those of us who use Google for auth.
The ability to remove the Forgot Password option could be beneficial for districts using LDAP, SAML, or Google authentication.

Hi Linda, Our district had the same issue. Support asked us to create a page with what ever information we wanted on it, then was able to redirect the "Forgot my password" button to that page. Ours takes you to a page that says"If you forgot or do not know your password, please contact the helpdesk at ***-***-xxxx" Hope this helps
