Create a file repository app that automatically displays the files in a list and hyperlinks them
I have just spent countless hours migrating content from another website into Schoolwires. There are many hyperlinked documents on the other site, and I have had to individually hyperlink each document or place it in a file library app. I would like to see a repository that would allow me to upload files and they would be automatically displayed in a list and hyperlinked. Files would be easy to manage because they would just need to be added to the folder or removed from it.

This is a CRITICAL need for our district. On our district level site, we have state and federal requirements to post financial and other documentation. The File Library app does not meet this need because it does not support mass uploading nor nested folder structure.
The Files and Folders Tool, does support these, but provides no way to create a public index of these files other than manually creating a list of links. Even allowing minibase to iterate over the files and folders in a directory would be a viable solution.
Here is an example of another district's implementation of what we need to achieve.
