My suggestion is...

Find an existing File / Photo... with an "Open File Location" button

It would be very helpful to have an "Open File Location" button available on (and in) the Dashboard for all "Sign-In to the web-product" users to assist with discovering where a file or photo is actually being stored within the website product. Windows already has this feature baked into its product... simply right-click a shortcut, select "Open File Location", and Windows Explorer opens a window already drilled down to the file's subfolder location with the particular file highlighted.

If you understand the URL/path structure of where files and photos are located within your web product, you can get to the file's / photo's "Files & Folders" location based on its DomainID= , unless the file or photo is buried inside an App. If the file / photo is buried in an App, your going to call technical support and wait until an engineer can search and locate the file /photo within the database structure.

Since it is simply a matter of searching, why not create and place an "Open File Location" button next to any field where you already see a "Select File" button, as well as along the main menu bar at the top with "View Website and "Help Center" to help users locate files/photos referenced via a Link inside an App?

This would be a very helpful tool/button if you've ever received a take-down / copyright infringement notice!!! It would also be nice if you are simply trying to cleanup past work or a past migration on your current website.
