My suggestion is...

The accordion app should be included in the app package.

It is a very common feature included in other website software packages with other companies. It is not right to charge a custom app fee for something that is so commonly used.

We were able to get the accordion app added with no extra charge, but every new item, or "record," you add creates a new h1 on the page, which is a no-no for SEO, as you probably know. We need to have a way to be able to choose which heading (or no heading at all) we want to assign to each record.

Hey! This has been added now. You need to download and install it from the custom apps page, but it is free. Having used both, it is nothing like the old custom app version (a lot more control), but we still switched to the new version to save money.

When you say accordion app, what do you mean? Accordion just means one area opens and another closes. The mobile views already have that to make things responsive.

There are a lot of standard features most platforms had over 10 years ago that Blackboard/Schoolwires is missing. This is one of many.
