    I would like there to be an option to only auto-merge based solely on the ID.

  2. Option for mass removal of accounts

    Currently, mass removal of accounts is not available. You have to it by each school and role type. I would like there to be an option to mass remove accounts.

    This will help out with large Districts that have lots of accounts.

  4. Automated messages: Make the names of the custom messages match the default options

    Currently, when creating a custom automated message, the options under "message type" include things like "Cafeteria Balance Message" and "Reminder Message." However, when setting up the delivery options for automated messages, there are no options under "type" that match these labels – instead, you see options such as "Lunch Balance" and nine separate options under "Reminder." How can an admin possibly know with certainty which custom message is matching up with the message type under the delivery options?! Please make this easier to navigate by using the SAME NAMES for custom messages in both fields.

  5. Adding a Search Bar for Messages Sent in Mass Notification

    There is simple search bar in the sent message tab on Connect 5, but not Mass Notification. We used that feature all the time in Connect 5. Sure you can save messages as templates, but you don't always know the messages you will want to refer back to at the time of creation. Search capabilities have been offered in Blackboard for over a decade. If Mass Notification is an upgrade, why not continue to provide the services longtime users have come to expect?

  6. Allow rich text formatting for posting to website!

    it seems like allowing us to post to the website via BB Comm but not allowing any formatting is pretty pointless. At the very least we need to be able to use bold to create a heading on an announcement app!

  7. Translation services go crazy once you reach a certain number of characters in the field. Please fix.

    When creating a message / email to a group of people, the translations, especially for Spanish, go crazy once you reach a certain number of characters and translate incorrectly.

  8. Please remove "Basic Attendance Message" from the BB interface and all support pages

    I was told by Support that Basic Attendance Message is no longer available to be used but it is still listed in the automated messages and is the ONLY option listed in the Library>School Messages>Attendance. This is causing confusion with our users as they are trying to modify the Automated message for our Daily Attendance and are changing the wrong message. Since this is no longer an available option, please remove all references to this message type in the interface AND in the Support Website.

  10. Report by Notification Type

    I would love to see a report that shows which type of notifications the schools are utilizing. That way if a school is using phone calls too often, and not using emails, I can work with that campus to lessen the amount of calls. Right now I have to go campus by campus under Message Tracking. But it would be great to have that data compiled into a report that shows statistics.

  11. Advanced Options: Deliver to Students AND their Parents

    When we have a specific group of students that we want to send both they and their parents a message, we send it to the students first and then make a copy, choose the students as recipients again and click the Advanced Option "Deliver to Students of Parents" (which then doesn't send the message to the students at all. Would be helpful if we could send to these students and their parents with another option "Deliver to Students and their Parents"

  12. Extra Data Fields

    Our district would like more data fields to choose from when pulling reports for parents, students, etc.

    For example - I was looking for a report that I can pull for a count on preferred languages - How many parents are Spanish, French, etc speakers in our district. This would help us customize our notifications by language.

    There should be a save as draft option in the Mobile HQ app for mass notifications. If you back out it only offers to discard changes. Please fix.

  17. Preserve HTML coding in BbComms messages that are cross-posted to WCM.

    Our schools use BbComms (Parentlink) to send a daily announcement email that they also cross-post to WCM (their website) through the BbComms management site. The WCM system seems to strip out all HTML coding of their message so that things like paragraph spacing and URLs are not preserved in the message when it goes on the website. I'd like to recommend that you find a way to preserve that HTML code so that the website message looks the same as it does in BbComms.

  18. TIPLINE REPORTS NEEDED!!

    Our district uses the Tip Line extensively and we need the ability to run a report of tips received. To create reports for our district leadership, I must copy and paste each field into a spreadsheet so data can then be sorted by Category, School, Date, etc. Other reports can be run in the Bb/ParentLink system. It's hard to accept a program as important as TipLine that has zero reporting features.

    We have 23 campuses and are adding a 3rd HS which will bring the total to 24 campuses. The amount of extra work that has to be done to…

  19. Connection with Existing Smores!

    I found the answer to my question in FAQs, but Bb needs to work on a fix for this. We have already had 2 of our 5 admins create a Smore outside of Bb and then have to recreate a duplicate inside Bb b/c they couldn't link to the existing one. This is definitely a high "wishlist" item for anyone who has already been using Smore.

    Just a "wishlist" item!

  20. Select More than One school when delete accounts

    We are a large district. And when it becomes necessary to delete accounts, it is very time consuming to go school by school, role by role. We have 50+ schools, and if needing to delete teachers, students, parents, as you can see that is very time consuming to go thru each. Need a method to say select multiple schools and delete all students, or delete all teachers, etc.
