    It would depend on how many staff members were at that particular school, but for us probably 80 would be enough for every school.

    Yes, this! There are several ways to get a link to a pdf file on a page and the file into files and folders. The easiest is obviously the "Insert File" option in the content app editor. However, as mentioned above this gives you no option to choose the folder you are uploading to. Some of our sections have many subfolders to keep things organized, but that is useless unless you upload files through files and folders, then create a link and choose existing file, or do a "get link" on each document and then go back to the page and create the links.

    We have several pages that have 10 or 12 apps per page and we want to share all the apps on the page with 20 subsites. Right now we have to add a page and then add all 12 shared apps to that page for each subsite. Keep shared apps shared when copying as stated above
