    Even worse, for some reason it uses /site/default.aspx?DomainID=xxxx for the Open Graph url parameter which is even worse.

    Don't forget /site/Default.aspx?PageID=xxxx
    And any "friendly URL" aliases that are created.

    They don't support any kind of 301 Redirects.
